Using the tools

Imagenati's tools are free to use for personal and commercial work, with no sign up required. You are responsible for the images you process and for making sure you have the right to use them. You may not use Imagenati to process illegal content.

Your images stay yours

Imagenati does not receive your images and claims no rights to them. You keep all rights to every file you process here, before, during and after using any tool.

No warranty

The tools are provided as is, without a guarantee that a result will be error free, suitable for a specific purpose such as a passport or visa application, or available without interruption. Presets such as passport photo sizes and social media dimensions are kept up to date on a best effort basis; always check the current rules of the authority or platform you are submitting to before relying on a preset. See the Disclaimer for details.

Limitation of liability

Imagenati is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, these tools, including loss of data, loss of time or any indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
