This page gathers the Imagenati tools for the text formats developers handle every day. There are three so far: a JSON formatter and validator, a URL encoder and decoder, and a Base64 encoder and decoder. Paste the input, read the result and copy it back out. The work happens inside this browser tab, so tokens, keys and private payloads stay on your machine.

Good to know

Before you paste something sensitive

Encoding is not encryption. Base64 and percent encoding only change how bytes are written down, so anyone who sees the output can turn it back into the original in a second. Treat an encoded secret exactly as you would treat the secret itself.

Each tool page names the standard it follows and lists what it does not check, so a result that looks strange has its explanation on the same page as the tool.

The JSON Formatter and Validator points to the line and column of the first error but never repairs it, and it warns when JSON.parse would round a long number or keep only the last copy of a repeated key.

The URL Encoder and Decoder and the Base64 Encoder and Decoder both encode text as UTF-8, so accents and emoji come back exactly as they went in.

Pictures have their own pair of Base64 tools: Image to Base64 turns an image file into a data URI, and Base64 to Image turns a data URI back into a file you can download.
