Imagenati is a one person project run by Atif from Lahore, Pakistan. There is no phone line or live chat, and every message is read and answered by the same person.

What to include in a bug report

Since no image ever reaches a server, there is nothing to look up on our end if a tool does not work as expected. A few details make it possible to reproduce the problem instead of guessing at it:

• The name of the tool, or the address of the page you were on.
• Your browser and its version, and the device and operating system you were using.
• The type of file you dropped in and roughly how large it was, in megabytes or in pixels.
• What you expected to happen, and what happened instead, including any message the page showed.

A screenshot helps if the problem is visual. Please do not attach the original image unless asked, since the bug can usually be reproduced with a similar file.

When to expect a reply

Replies usually arrive within a few working days. That is an honest estimate rather than a promise, because one person is handling everything and some weeks are busier than others. If you have not heard back after a week, a short follow up is welcome.

What this address is not for

This address is not a general inbox. It cannot help with a tool that worked as expected, so please check the guides and the FAQ on the tool page first. It also cannot remove content that is not on this site, because Imagenati never stores your images or hosts anyone else's files. Sales pitches, link exchange offers and sponsored post requests will not get a reply.
